Electrical Power Solutions Developer

The key objective of this position is to design and document power supply solutions that are highly efficient, cost-effective, and meet the requirements of customer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop electrical block diagrams, architecture diagrams, schematics, circuit analysis, and design presentations for switch mode DC/DC, AC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, and power factor correction.
  2. Generate reliable and manufacturable power supply design solutions using the latest power topologies and technology.
  3. Creation of design documentation including specifications, test plans, and manufacturing procedures.
  4. Interface with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering to ensure product quality and compliance.
  5. Conduct research on new technologies and emerging trends in power electronics to enhance design capabilities.
  6. Collaborate with other engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex technical problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in power electronics engineering with expertise in switch mode power supplies, DC/DC conversion, and control theory.
  • Proficient in CAD software and simulation tools such as Matlab, PSpice/LTspice.
  • Strong PCB design and layout skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications (UL, CE, ISO).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of EMI and electromagnetic compatibility.
