Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Observability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Synthetic Monitoring Platforms: Design, implement, and maintain scalable synthetic monitoring platforms in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Dynatrace Adoption: Lead the adoption of Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring (APM) with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Telemetry Integration: Develop strategies for onboarding cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Observability Tooling: Integrate observability tooling (Catchpoint, Dynatrace) to deliver unified insights and improved service delivery.
  • Emerging Technologies: Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where necessary.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Foster documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to enhance monitoring practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is beneficial.
