Observability Engineer Role

In this platform engineering role, you will be building and fine-tuning the platform components for our Observability product. You will work closely with the lead engineer, performance team, data ingestion, platform DevOps, and data visualization teams under the Observability product.

This position requires strong experience in Observability and Monitoring initiatives as a platform engineer. Troubleshooting platform issues and restoring service by resolving customer-facing incidents is also crucial. Development and implementation of build release pipelines with accountability for managing deployment schedules, issues, risks, and impediments are essential responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and/or an equivalent combination of education or work experience. A minimum of 1-3+ years of experience on integration engineering related to Observability/Monitoring framework with open-source technologies such as Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Fluentbit, Vector, etc., is required.
