Quality Assurance Expert

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance specialist to drive testing excellence in our financial systems and trading platforms.

The ideal candidate will excel at managing technical challenges across multiple projects, collaborating with distributed teams, and delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to ensure seamless deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python scripting.
  • Identify and report defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform exploratory testing to validate the functionality of complex applications.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on functional and automation processes.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, including SQL and query optimization.
  • Proficient in scripting languages, such as Python.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
