Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements. They will conduct thorough research to create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture that result in top-notch product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients to comprehend their business goals and needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
  • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create low and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to facilitate client visualization of user journeys.
  • Guide development teams on user journey implementation.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and ensure client approval.
  • Provide design assets to development teams as needed.
  • Evaluate development builds and offer feedback to guarantee UX/UI recommendations are implemented.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spoken demeanor, quick learning ability, and drive to excel.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Familiarity with the app development process.
  • Able to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is a plus.
