About the User Experience Design Team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design process – from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
  • Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation.
  • Closely collaborate with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible solutions.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers.

Key Challenges You Will Overcome:

• Drive user experience as a strategic differentiator by leveraging design thinking and market trends.

• Lead deep user research across varied micro-personas.

• Build scalable UX systems that adapt in real time to user preferences and behavior.

• Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven platforms to streamline the UX process.

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design.
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
