About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned frontend expert to spearhead the development of our mission-driven products, focusing on delivering high-impact user experiences that drive business results.

This role will require the candidate to lead the architecture and maintenance of our frontend applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly deliver new features while championing code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and growth of our frontend apps, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and security.
  • Work in tandem with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative solutions that address complex problems.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Advocate for modern frontend best practices, emphasizing automated testing, continuous integration, and seamless user journeys.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development.
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks such as Material UI.
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing performance and ensuring application security.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective collaboration across functions.
