Job Title: Cloud-Scale Software Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team in building a scalable cloud-based SaaS application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, API/Web Development, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated software engineer to take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-based applications using cutting-edge technologies.

  • Possess excellent Python programming skills with experience in web frameworks such as Tornado, Flask, FastAPI.
  • Have good experience with SQL and databases, including design and optimization.
  • Be proficient in video encoding using ffmpeg and image processing using GraphicsMagick, PIL.
  • Have good experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3 is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications.
  • Work closely with founders and senior engineers to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on scalability and cloud computing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
