We're hiring an on-site team member to handle packaging, inventory, and customer order coordination at our office.

This role is for detail-oriented individuals who love fashion and enjoy fast-paced e-commerce environments.

• Package and dispatch jewellery orders with care
• Confirm COD orders and coordinate with customers regarding their purchases
• Manage and organise inventory for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate order records using Excel or Google Sheets

• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused individual
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel or Google Sheets and Shopify familiarity
• Strong communication skills for customer coordination
• Passionate about fashion and jewellery
