Job Summary
Pursue a challenging career as a Senior Compliance Manager at PayGlocal Technologies, where you will have the opportunity to shape our compliance strategy, develop and implement policies, and lead internal audits and monitoring.

Main Responsibilities
- Identify compliance risks and design processes to mitigate them, conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits, address compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with departments (legal, finance, operations) to ensure integrated compliance, represent the organization in compliance meetings and discussions with external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations (RBI, etc.).
- Communicate and enforce organizational policies effectively across all levels, collaborate with senior management to integrate compliance into company operations.

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in compliance tools, systems, and audit management software, and an in-depth understanding of Indian regulatory and legal compliance frameworks.
