As a key player in the legal team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the function by streamlining review of commercial agreements and increasing efficiency for revenue/sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for commercial contracts, including order forms, professional service agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, data privacy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements according to internal guidelines.
  • Solve contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
  • Develop and articulate creative solutions, drafting alternative terms as needed, working closely with attorneys within the Legal team.
  • Obtain approval for non-standard terms in accordance with internal policies.
  • Educate internal teams on contract terms and legal obligations to promote conformity and consistency.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of Legal administrative processes and legal documents.

You will need a university-level degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years' experience negotiating legal terms & conditions with customers or vendors. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential, along with proficiency in digital tools, document systems, and MS Office.

This is a critical function that ensures legal compliance, document integrity, and operational excellence. You will work closely with legal counsel and internal stakeholders, gaining exposure to a wide range of legal and business matters.
