We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buying and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
Key responsibilities include developing and managing Affiliate Marketing programs to drive sales and lead generation, recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates/partners, and optimizing campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
You will also be conducting A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Media Buying / PPC Campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting.
