AI Creative Specialist

Overview:

We're seeking a talented AI creative specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing company, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective ad campaigns using the latest AI tools.

  • Creatives are crucial for business success, but most teams still treat them like art projects. Not here. At our shop, creatives drive performance.

Every image, video, and line of copy you create will be tested in the real world — ads, product detail pages, lifecycle flows, social media. You'll get instant feedback, iterate daily, and see your work directly impact customer acquisition costs, return on ad spend, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:
  • Ad Creatives: Generate static, video, and copy ad assets using Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and Firefly. Deploy directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • PDPs: Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Lifecycle: Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Organic/Social: Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and user-generated content-style creatives.
  • Copywriting: Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines — not just design visuals.
  • Iteration: Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.
  • Performance Sense: Monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement. Come up with insights or adjust based on analytics recommendations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create high-quality image, video, and copy assets.
  • Strong copywriting skills: you can write hooks, not just design banners.
  • Comfort with basic metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates.
  • Fast learner, agile operator — prefers shipping 10 variations over polishing one.
  • Obsessed with performance: cares less about 'pretty' and more about 'profitable'.
A Day in Your Life:
  • Check performance metrics from yesterday's creatives in the morning.
  • Generate 3–5 new ad variations (image + video + copy) mid-day.
  • Deploy creatives into Ads Manager / lifecycle tools in the afternoon.
  • Review early signals, note what's working vs. not, prep tomorrow's iterations in the evening.
  • Ship fresh PDP visuals, social content experiments, and retention assets weekly.
