Job Title: Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and maintain relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies, ensuring our company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and its regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster positive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents, including permits, licenses, and notifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to laws, regulations, and policies affecting our business.
  • Negotiate with government officials and other stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, public administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, government relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
