Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our company's financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure accurate projections and informed decision-making.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team for key business decisions.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, aligning with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting, focusing on transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Audit and Compliance:
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and maintain audit quality.
Taxation and Regulatory Affairs:
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments, ensuring timely payments and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
