Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – Learning & Talent Development(Craft) to lead our Lateral Learning track for Skill Development and Talent Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective Craft and Capability development frameworks, driving internal and external branding, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and develop programs that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic frameworks and practices to enhance Craft and Capability development within the organization.
  • Drive internal and external branding initiatives to establish Vrinda Global as a leader in the Learning & Talent Development space.
  • Design and develop programs in collaboration with key stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead a high-performing team to curate Learning frameworks and programs that bridge skill gaps in the organization.
Requirements:
  • Total experience of at least 14+ years, including 7+ years' experience in dealing with Craft/Technology Learning Programs.
  • Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management/business partner abilities.
  • Experience in program and process management, design thinking/solution design, and knowledge of LXP/LMS and online learning platforms.
Estimated Salary: ₹25-35 Lakhs per annumBenefits:
