Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global digital transformation and product engineering company as a Senior Configuration Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing Manhattan Associate Work Management (MAWM) modules based on business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MAWM configuration and implementation, as well as experience in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Implement MAWM Modules: Configure and implement MAWM modules based on business requirements.
  • Lead and Manage Configuration Cycles: Lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles, ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.
  • Design and Deliver Integration Solutions: Design and deliver integration solutions between MAWM and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MADM Configuration and Implementation: Strong hands-on experience in MAWM Configuration and Implementation.
  • Large-Scale Deployments: Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM.
  • UK&I Integration Requirements: In-depth understanding of UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
