Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled professional with a strong understanding of business systems and technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering data, documenting API credential lifecycles, and supporting governance enforcement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Working closely with team members to gather information on API usage and credential lifecycles.
  2. Leading the discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API gateway usage, including manual discovery where automated scans are not available.
  3. Consolidating and governing collected information to build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  4. Using questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  5. Documenting how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT Information Security.
  • A good understanding of IAM control reviews.
  • Experience in user access administration models on various applications.
  • Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security.
  • A good understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Good experience in managing application and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Project planning and risk management skills.
  • Escalation management and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills:

  • A strong understanding of IDP concepts and API authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of API credential lifecycle and governance practices.
  • Ability to conduct manual discovery, engage stakeholders, and capture complex technical flows.
