Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients using Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules. They will also possess excellent communication and client-handling skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Oracle SCM Cloud modules for clients, ensuring that all solutions meet their business requirements.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion SCM modules.
  3. Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
  4. Act as a team lead on projects and effectively consult with management of client organizations.
  5. Participate in business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Overall 4 to 7 Years' experience with minimum 2+ years Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application.
  • Expertise in at least 2 Fusion SCM modules (Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance & other SCM Cloud Modules) is essential.
  • Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementation experience in Oracle ERP.
  • Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills. Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.
