Job Description:

As a seasoned FCCS Implementation Specialist, you will lead the implementation of Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service, ensuring seamless integration with HFM and other source/target systems. Your expertise in solution design, project management, and business requirement gathering will drive successful end-to-end implementations.

You will be responsible for creating project documents, conducting user training and testing, and demonstrating solutions to stakeholders. With your technical capabilities and understanding of FCCS, you will ensure that all aspects of the implementation meet the required standards.

A strong background in finance and accounting is essential, with experience in managing projects from start to finish. Excellent communication skills are also crucial, as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to articulate business and technological requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service
  • 8+ successful end-to-end implementations in FCCS
  • Excellent functional knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes
  • Strong understanding of HFM and FCCS integration with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
  • CA or MBA Finance by qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great presentation abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
