Job Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architectural Professional to design and implement strategic supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

This role will involve remote work with occasional business travel.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, understand their operational needs, and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

You will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will work closely with Solution Architects and Senior Solution Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Your Contribution:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capturing user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.
  • Perform other reasonable project tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant Level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are an asset.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication of complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing.

Key Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are an asset.
