Job Description

The Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Specialist will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Demand Planning and other related Supply Chain Planning modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on demand planning and experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure and deploy Oracle Fusion Demand Planning and related Supply Chain Planning modules from end-to-end.
  • Customize Oracle Demand Planning to meet specific business needs and align it with planning processes.
  • Manage data integration between Oracle and legacy or third-party business systems, ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of information.
  • Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and after implementation. Deliver training and post-go-live support to end users and stakeholders.
  • Recommend industry best practices for demand forecasting and planning. Provide expert guidance and thought leadership in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning functionalities.
  • Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis, translating them into scalable and efficient end-to-end demand and supply planning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and business users, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a strong focus on Demand Planning.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning Cloud, including key features like demand forecasting, statistical forecasting methods, and consensus forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle's integration tools and technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency in data management, data cleansing, and data mapping for migration and integration.
  • Experience with implementation methodologies (e.g., Oracle Unified Method) and Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are highly desirable.
