Job Opportunity

Administrating and optimizing Salesforce environment is a critical role in any organization. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales cloud service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and optimizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning)
  • Configuring Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards
  • Managing security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules)
  • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups
  • Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center)
  • Partnering with business and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments
  • Maintaining integrations with upstream/downstream systems (working with middleware teams)

Key qualifications include:

  • 5-8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments
  • Expert in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation)
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Exposure to MuleSoft/other iPaaS; basic Apex understanding for coordination
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred

Screening process includes online admin assessment and scenario-based interview. A background check and onsite presence are also required.

Contract position available with expected duration of 6-12 months extendable. Work schedule is 5 days a week with IST business hours including occasional stakeholder overlap.
