Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to provide day-to-day support of client networks, servers, storage, and overall infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for maintaining remote IT infrastructure for clients, troubleshooting network and system issues as needed, collaborating with teams to meet customer service-level commitments, and providing world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain remote IT infrastructure for clients and troubleshoot network and system issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to meet customer service-level commitments and provide world-class customer service.
  • Help architect and implement IT projects such as high availability, virtualization, and cloud services.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience administering Windows-based networks and servers.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet).
  • Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision and excellent time management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Bonus Points:
  • CCNA or equivalent network experience.
  • MSCE or equivalent server experience.
