Job Description

Transform Mobile Experiences as a Lead Digital Product Manager. Leverage expertise in mobile application implementations, product ownership, and prioritization to deliver tailored experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with broad impact.
  • Participate in large-scale planning, reviewing and analyzing complex digital strategies.
  • Make decisions on digital strategy requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Translate product vision and customer voice into actionable epics, stories, and technical requirements.
  • Own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly understood product area or journey.
  • Coordinate complex activities and guidance to others.
  • Inspire and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product vision and strategies.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative digital business plans.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience.
  • A BS/BA degree or higher.
  • Mobile application product development experience.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking.
  • Experience building end-user facing mobile applications.
  • Experience leading scrum teams and partnering with development, QA, and Design.
  • Business analysis and eliciting use cases and requirements from business partners.
  • Rapid prototyping via wireframing, prototyping, or other similar methods.
