Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to drive strategy and development of our programs supporting SDMM, BRD and DDCS.

  • This role will lead the product vision and execution for sophisticated systems and orchestrate the program end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with scientists, regulatory teams, IT architects, and business stakeholders to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance productivity, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and vision for platforms.
  • Lead product discovery and definition processes including user research, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to translate complex scientific requirements into clear product specifications and execution plans.
  • Drive product development using agile methodologies, ensuring regular delivery of high-value features.
  • Develop and track key metrics to measure product success and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Champion user needs and experience while balancing technical feasibility and business value.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards in all software implementations.

  • Experience of product management with a proven track record of taking complex products from vision through launch.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and modern technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and execution in complex organizational environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
