Automation Systems Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing automation equipment systems, with expertise in erection, commissioning, installation, and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the assessment and maintenance of powerhouse protection and automation equipment systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Lead a team of professionals and conduct thorough analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive resource plans for each activity, ensuring timely completion and adequate backup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve issues related to power plants.
- Design and deliver training programs, as well as create SOPs and Local Operating Procedures.
- Mastery of automation tools, hardware like PLCs, and software such as SCALA 250.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Minimum 05-10 years of experience in hydro power plants, with at least 03-05 years in maintenance of protection and automation equipment systems.
