Salesforce Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Salesforce configurations, driving efficient and effective solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end-users during the rollout of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce processes and workflows, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to users on Salesforce best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and its features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Salesforce functionalities, enabling informed decision making.
  • Experience with data modeling, requirements gathering, and process mapping, driving data-driven insights.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce, facilitating business intelligence and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, promoting collaborative and adaptive work environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
