Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role

This is a project coordinator position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely deliveries while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage floor operations to maximize project profitability using efficient planning and re-planning skills.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee production pipelines from project planning to daily tasks and accomplishments.
  • Audit task allocation in assigned teams using internal project management software.
  • Evaluate works done within given timeframes and reallocate timelines as needed.
  • Contribute creatively to projects by suggesting overall packaging ideas.
  • Loading forecasting and identifying new talent with HR support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CG/ Arch-Viz/ Software/ Advertising industries.
  • B.Arch pass out required.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidate should have keen interest in 3D arch-viz with great eye for detail.
