Job Overview

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will drive harmonization and innovation across procurement processes. You will translate strategic objectives into executable frameworks and deploy standardized methods, tools, and processes globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to support business units, workstreams, or functions.
  • Drive process harmonization and innovation across procurement teams.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable frameworks and toolkits.
  • Deploy standardized methods, tools, and processes worldwide.
  • Analyze data to inform procurement decisions.
  • Apply advanced techniques in data mining, modeling, machine learning, and visualization.
  • Monitor key metrics and generate insights to enhance SCM performance.
  • Create dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT, digitalization, and analytics teams.
  • Evaluate emerging trends in procurement and SCM, assessing and piloting new tools and concepts.
  • Benchmark internal practices against industry leaders and recommend improvements.
  • Introduce automation and digital enablers for increased operational efficiency.
  • Promote sustainable procurement projects (e.g., supplier ESG scoring, carbon tracking).
  • Work with suppliers and sustainability teams to build more environmentally friendly supply chains.
  • Align with global organizational sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Share knowledge and market intelligence with stakeholders.
  • Develop and disseminate resource guides, toolkits, and learning materials for easy adoption.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/logistics required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain and logistics roles.
  • Deep understanding of domestic and international transportation modes & regulations.
  • Expertise in local warehouse and export packaging regulations & processes.
  • At least 6-12 years of relevant experience in project procurement.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, data science, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, SCM, process management, or analytics roles.
  • Familiarity with procurement lifecycles, ERP systems, and digital tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven transformation and digital solution deployment.
  • Knowledge of sustainability topics (e.g., ESG, circular economy, Scope 3 emissions).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
