Job Description

This is a senior-level role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the development and management of questions banks across various subjects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in question development, test design, and SME management.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of questions, as well as managing a team of subject matter experts to develop and review content. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and develop SMEs in different domains and subjects.

  • Ensure quality questions bank for assessments is developed
  • Manage large numbers of subject matter experts
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement question development strategies
  • Manage SME performance and quality
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects till 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Good command over English both written and spoken
  • Experience of working in education sector related to assessment & evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development
