Executive Support Professional

This is a full-time, on-site contract role for 1 year, with a completion bonus. The possibility of contract extension or conversion to permanent position exists but is not guaranteed.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Executive Assistant who will provide dedicated on-site support to a team of professionals. You will be essential to the smooth operation of daily activities; coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and administrative tasks for senior executives, including deconflicting meetings and appointments, and management of communications.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support for executives remotely.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, such as itineraries, flights, accommodations, ground transfers, and visa clearance.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and organize special projects ensuring seamless execution.
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships on behalf of the team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of executive support experience in multinational companies.
  • Prior experience with client/customer interaction is ideal.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple calendars.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship management.
