Lead Architect

Job Description

Lead architects are sought to spearhead the creation and execution of complex museum and cultural projects from conceptualization through completion. These skilled professionals will oversee teams, collaborate with clients and consultants, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery of high-caliber designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design solutions by working closely with clients to understand their needs.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff members, guiding them in producing exceptional architectural work.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably on large-scale or innovative projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impressive works.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.
