Job Title: Chief Landscape Designer

  • We are seeking a skilled landscape designer with 7 to 10 years of experience in leading high-profile landscape-led development and infrastructure projects.
  • The successful candidate will possess demonstrable project delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively across multiple sectors.
  • Key responsibilities include producing detailed landscape information for tender and construction, including hard and soft landscape General Arrangement plans, construction detailing, planting schedules, and specifications.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and associated software, as well as Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience in BIM (Level 2 minimum), GIS, Lumion, and 3D modeling software such as Revit Landscape, 3D Studio Max/Rhino is highly desirable.
  • The role requires knowledge of relevant industry legislation, health and safety regulations, contracts, and tendering procedures.
  • AutoCAD, Revit Landscape, and BIM 360/ACC platforms are also essential tools for this position.
