Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Social Media Content Designer.

Responsibilities

  • Content creation
    : Design and produce a variety of visual assets for different social media platforms, including graphics, photos, infographics, videos, memes, and GIFs.
  • Branding and consistency
    : Ensure all social media visuals are aligned with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look across all channels.
  • Strategy and collaboration
    : Work with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns that meet marketing objectives.
  • Market research
    : Stay updated on social media trends, design techniques, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Analytics and optimization
    : Track and analyze performance metrics to understand what content drives the most engagement.
  • Ad design
    : Create visually compelling graphics for social media advertisements and paid promotions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Creation
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Social Media Strategies, and Content Curation
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
