Job Summary

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data mapping specifications and transformation rules to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and implement effective data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes to optimize performance.
  • Document data models, mappings, and migration procedures for future reference.
  • Configure integrations between Workday and third-party applications to streamline workflows.
  • Design and develop integration specifications and technical designs to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor integration performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • Design and implement Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics to drive business insights.
  • Develop SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirements to support business decisions.
  • Configure Workday modules according to design specifications to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain business processes, security configurations, and reports to ensure compliance.
  • Develop custom calculations, rules, and business logic to automate processes.
  • Create and maintain configuration workbooks and technical documentation to support knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality.
  • Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source to provide actionable insights.
  • Create data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake to support business intelligence.
  • Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users to enhance productivity.
  • Design and implement metrics and KPIs for HR analytics to measure business success.
  • Support data analysis needs throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure successful project outcomes.

 

Requirements

 

  • Required Experience & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration to lead projects successfully.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting to drive results.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms to leverage technology advancements.
  • Experience with architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architectures to innovate processes.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data validation techniques to maintain data integrity.
  • Understanding of HR data structures and relationships to analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python etc.) to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Understanding of API integration patterns and technologies to streamline workflows.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies to prioritize tasks effectively.
