Financial Specialist

The primary function of this role is to support the company's financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely compliance with statutory regulations.

This involves handling company incorporations, regulatory filings, and legal licensing. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide efficient business establishment solutions and post-incorporation compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporating companies, obtaining licenses, and filing regulatory documents
  • Preparing and managing documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance
  • Tracking application status and coordinating with government authorities for processing
  • Providing guidance to clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup
  • Filing returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) in a timely manner
  • Preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns
  • E nsuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and other tax laws
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring alignment with accounting standards
  • Ensuring all work aligns with applicable compliance frameworks and legal guidelines
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients on compliance and financial matters
  • Addressing client queries and providing support on filings and legal procedures
  • Preparing financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining accurate records of filings, transactions, and reports
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements for operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013
  • Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate documentation
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in finance, compliance, and regulatory work
