Job Overview


  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and writing trial protocols that align with the goals of our organization. These protocols will then be presented to our steering committee for approval.
  • We are seeking an individual who can identify, evaluate, and establish trial sites that meet our high standards. Once a site is established, you will be responsible for closing it down on completion of the trial.
  • You will play a crucial role in training site staff on therapeutic areas, protocol requirements, source documentation, and case report form completion. This requires strong communication and training skills.
  • Liaising with ethics committees is a critical aspect of this role, as you will be working closely with them to ensure the rights, safety, and well-being of trial subjects are protected.
  • You will be responsible for ordering, tracking, and managing IP and trial materials, ensuring they are delivered to the right people at the right time.
  • In addition to overseeing IP dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation, you will also be responsible for protecting subjects' confidentiality and updating information as needed.
  • Regular site visits and project meetings will be conducted, and you will be required to write visit reports that highlight key findings and recommendations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research
