As a seasoned Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and enhancement of the Xstore point-of-sale system within a retail environment.

This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring deliverables are on track and within scope.
  • Cross-functional team coordination, including developers, testers, architects, and the product team.
  • Process improvement by promoting and implementing best practices for software development and project management.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Project planning and execution, process improvement, and techno-functional understanding of Retail capabilities.
  • Documentation and reporting, along with resource capacity planning.
  • Hands-on experience managing agile projects.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into roadmaps.
  • Proven experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of project management and/or related experience.

Experience with JIRA tool is required.
