Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and QA teams to validate fixes, create data validation test cases, and ensure reproducibility.
  • Document root cause analysis (RCA) clearly and communicate solutions with stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
  • Advanced SQL Development – strong hands-on experience with complex joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
  • Data Remediation Expertise – proven ability to debug and fix production data issues.
  • Database Migration & Rollback Experience – familiarity with schema migrations and rollback tools.
  • Data Validation & QA – ability to design and execute validation steps to ensure accuracy.
  • Experience with clinical trial systems, CTMS, EDC, or multi-tenant platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication and root cause documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • ETL processes, data pipelines, or big data technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud databases AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
