Service Designer Job Description

We are seeking a Service Designer to join our team of innovation experts. This role is perfect for someone with a design background and experience in user-centered design methodologies.

In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Innovation to create tailored innovation programs that meet client-specific needs and objectives.

  • Create detailed proposals that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate service design workshops.
  • Identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value and derive insights to inform strategic directions.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project.
  • Develop qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.

Your profile should have at least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space and mastery of user-centered design methodologies.

You should possess strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions, exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies, and be familiar with technological trends and challenges.

A degree in design or a related field is preferred but not required.
