Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive design plans for HomeLane customers, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored design solutions that cater to their unique requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize design processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Proven site experience, demonstrating confidence in implementing designs with minimal installation issues.
  • Customer-centric approach, prioritizing functional and aesthetically pleasing designs within budget constraints.
  • Essential skills include Google Sketchup proficiency and strong communication abilities (verbal and written) in English, with local language fluency desirable.
