Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Graphics for Digital Platforms: Develop captivating graphics for social media, websites, emailers, ads, packaging, brochures, and presentations that showcase the brand's unique aesthetic.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to understand design needs and create on-brand visuals that exceed expectations.
  • Consistency Across Digital Channels: Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that resonates with customers.
  • Graphic Design and Visual Arts: Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts using tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., that demonstrate creativity and skill.
  • Industry Trends and Creative Solutions: Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative design solutions that keep the brand at the forefront.
  • Project Management and Attention to Detail: Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Graphic Design or Visual Arts: Min. 1 year of experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field that showcases skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Corel Suite & Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Corel Suite & Adobe Creative Suite (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) that demonstrates ability to adapt to different software.
  • Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity that highlights achievements and capabilities.
  • Understanding of Layout, Typography, and Visual Hierarchy: Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy that ensures designs are visually appealing and effective.
  • Ability to Take Feedback Positively: Ability to take feedback positively and adapt designs accordingly, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
