Job Overview

The position of Senior Executive Dy Manager is a leadership role that involves overseeing end-to-end testing activities for multiple applications within the Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Exchange systems. This encompasses ensuring functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and seamless integration with trading, clearing, and settlement processes.

Responsibilities
  • Developing thorough understanding of the functional requirements of Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives trading, risk management, and settlement modules to prepare test plans, manage design and documentation of test cases, allocate testers, and coordinate with Delivery Manager for release management.
  • Maintaining SOP adherence, test progress reporting to stakeholders including business, technology, and compliance teams, and participating in Exchange Mock Trading and Market Simulation Activities for both Cash and Derivatives segments.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing testing activities in the BFSI domain.
  • Direct experience in Equity Cash and/or Equity Derivatives exchange systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with trading life cycle, order matching engines, market data dissemination, and post-trade processes.
Technical Competencies
  • Detailed knowledge of exchange trading platforms, clearing and settlement systems, and risk management modules.
  • Technical fluency in relevant programming languages and database systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements from SEBI, exchanges, and clearing corporations.
