As a senior operations professional, you will be responsible for leading the manpower planning and shift rostering teams. Your key responsibilities will include:


Job Description

  • Manage manpower planning and shift rostering processes to ensure alignment with load projections and productivity targets.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), facility maintenance, and overall upkeep of facilities.
  • Monitor vehicle connections, availability, and coordinate timely unloading/loading of vehicles to optimize metrics.
  • Plan ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles and collaborate with fleet teams.
  • Maintain service levels and ensure performance metrics are met.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among different teams, including commercial, security, fleet, and last mile.
  • Drive metrics in respective functions, such as inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics.
  • Oversee human resources/employee-related key result areas (KRAs), including diversity hiring, employee morale, and employee safety on the floor.
  • Mentor and work towards capability building of team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, driving them to closure.
  • Implement industry best practices for shop floor management, including Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.

Females are preferred for this role

Education requirement- BTech from Tier 1 college would be preferred. Experience- 1-3 years post graduation required
