Job Title: Lead Software Engineer Fullstack AI

Job Description:

The role combines full-stack development with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning (ML). As a Lead Software Engineer, you will lead system design, development, and deployment of secure and high-performing AI solutions.

 

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and React.
  • Integrate LLMs and AI agents into existing systems.
  • Design and implement APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
  • Build modern, interactive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as vector databases and async processing.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply ML techniques to structured data, including classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in full-stack development, including AI and ML.

Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask, React.js, and Next.js.

Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.

Solid foundation in traditional ML, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Experience with cloud computing, CI/CD, and containerization.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.

 

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of AI safety and explainability techniques.

Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.

Prior leadership of AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
