Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end AI and Data Science solutions that ensure scalability, performance, and security.">
  • Design robust AI/ML infrastructures, incorporating data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring frameworks.">
  • Translate business needs into AI strategies and corresponding technical solutions.">
  • Lead the model lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and monitoring with full MLOps integration.">
  • Champion MLOps practices such as CI/CD for models, reproducibility, versioning, and model governance.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including data engineers, ML practitioners, and domain experts - to align AI initiatives with enterprise objectives.">
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with regulatory, ethical, and security standards including explainability and data privacy.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience, with at least 8 years in AI & Data Science roles.">
  • Proven experience in roles such as AI & DS Architect, Senior Tech Lead - AI/ML, or equivalent leadership positions.">
  • Exposure to the financial services sector is a distinct advantage.">
  • Experience in leading enterprise-scale projects, including modernization of legacy systems and integration into complex IT environments.">
