About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fresh produce sourcing, sales, and category development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for a diverse portfolio of vegetables and fruits.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demand patterns, and supplier dynamics to inform category decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers to drive sales and profitability.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in F&V category management, commodity sourcing, or modern trade supply chains.
  • Strong understanding of fresh produce value chains, including farm production, seasonality, and import/export dynamics.
