Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring all campaigns support the overall brand vision and objectives.
  • P&L Management: The incumbent would also be responsible for managing the sales and delivery of digital products to our customers (doctors). The products are namely Website and Digital presence, Social media management, SEO & SEM, Online digital marketing workshops.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email, content marketing, and paid advertising (PPC, display, etc.).
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Develop and execute strategies for both organic and paid search to drive high-quality traffic. Optimize website content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance. Generate insights and optimize strategies to ensure maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Content & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across multiple digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Manage social media platforms, developing and executing strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to generate qualified leads, manage lead nurturing, and optimize conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals while maximizing ROI.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of digital strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct competitive analysis and adapt strategies to remain competitive in the market.
