Job Title: Principal Integrations Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our customer-facing projects, delivering tailored software solutions that integrate with our product suite.

  • This includes designing, developing, and implementing applications based on high-level specifications, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design business application prototypes and iterate on solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
  • Outstanding customer service is expected, including closely engaging with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring successful project outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • This role drives innovation through the development of solutions that support our organization's strategic objectives.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft .NET (C#/.NET Core) and experience in developing and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
  • Skilled in supporting technologies and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SignalR, Angular, WCF Services, and Microsoft IIS.
  • Experience in scripting, with proficiency in Python and familiarity with other scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Strong background in API design and development, with an emphasis on building and consuming microservices architectures.
  • Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integrations.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API principles and experience in Agile software development methodologies within a Scrum framework.
